Jordan S. Mandel is President and Founder of Vanguard Global Realty (VGR) with over twenty-five years in the global corporate real estate services industry as a Licensed Real Estate Broker in New York and Florida. Jordan launched VGR in 2015 to serve as a destination for comprehensive global real estate services as broker, advisor and investor. Jordan is responsible for commercial real estate transactions in all sectors from leasing to investments while expanding the firm’s footprint. Prior to launching VGR, Jordan was a Principal at The Vortex Group, Vice President at UGL/Cushman & Wakefield and served as a Senior Director at CBRE’s New York office. Jordan has secured over 3.5 million square feet of office space and worked on transactions totaling $5 billion. He was a finalist for Real Estate Board of New York Most Promising Broker Award and named as a Commercial Broker All Star by Real Estate New York magazine. In 2008, Vanguard Property LLC was launched as a subsidiary company to partner in restaurants, development funds and various projects allowing the team opportunity as well as first hand knowledge of real time market conditions. Before embarking on his real estate career, Jordan worked at Bloomberg L.P., under the direction of New York’s past mayor, Michael Bloomberg. In 2009, Jordan founded Jam Brothers now Jam Brothers Music, an independent music source developed to promote artists and music events on a global platform. Jordan enjoys being an active supporter of various organizations including the Children’s Hearing Institute, Central Park Conservancy, Museum of Modern Art, American Heart Association, New York Public Library, Sierra Club, The Nature Conservancy, Birthright Israel, Lincoln Center and continues to look for additional opportunities to pay it forward. A proud and active alumni of the Babson College Alumni Association, Jordan continues to be available for the Alumni Association. Jordan was recognized for his philanthropic service by the renowned Charles and Lynn Schusterman Foundation and currently serves as a Board member for The Lower Westside Housing Corporation in New York City. Jordan’s greatest achievements include marrying his wife Valerie and welcoming their 3 children.
